As a Customer Service Champion (Temporary 3 MONTHS) - Contact Centre you will be expected to provides a service porting requests within the service level agreements and meets established targets of utilisation and following up to ensure activation of the customer account has taken place

You will be responsible to answers 80% calls within 8 seconds, ensure new requests are sent to the donor service provider on the same day , follow up on pending requests to ensure providing a one stop shop customer experience.

You will be responsible to inform the customers if the request have been rejected and provide the proper advice to facilitate the customer with a successful request, never leave the customer unattended, execute the accepted porting requests and activate the customer.

You will ensure to identify the ported post-paid customers that should receive final bill of dues, create TT’ where appropriate and obtains customers confirmation that the problem is solved.

The Person:
To apply for this job you must have a minimum of High School certificate
